To deliver the prequel and welcome emails (contract/your request), to send newsletters (consent), to respond to enquiries (legitimate interests), to improve the Website (consent for analytics), and to maintain security (legitimate interests).

4. How we use your data

Fulfilment of your request for the prequel and welcome sequence; ongoing communications about The Cogenant Trilogy; analytics to refine content; and maintenance of records of consent and preferences. No automated decision‑making producing legal or similarly significant effects.

5. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell personal data. We use trusted processors only: email service provider (e.g., Brevo), Google Analytics, web hosting/CDN. Some processing may occur outside the UK under appropriate safeguards (e.g., UK SCCs/Addendum, IDTA, encryption).

6. Retention

Subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe or bounce, then on suppression lists for a limited period. Correspondence up to 24 months post‑closure unless needed longer. Analytics retention per our Google Analytics settings (typically 14 months).
